Refund Policy
Because eSIMs are digital products, refunds depend on whether the eSIM has already been delivered, activated, or used.
Before delivery
If payment was made but the eSIM has not yet been delivered, contact support as soon as possible with your order ID.
After delivery
Once eSIM details or QR codes are delivered, refunds may not be available unless there is a verified technical issue that we cannot resolve.
Compatibility issues
Refunds may be refused if the customer confirmed eSIM compatibility but the device does not support eSIM or is carrier-locked.
