Refund Policy
Because eSIMs are digital products, refunds are limited. Please read this policy before buying.
Before delivery
If you paid but your eSIM has not been delivered, contact us as soon as possible. We may issue a refund if the order cannot be completed.
After delivery
Once the eSIM, QR code, activation code, or installation details have been delivered, the order is usually not refundable because digital eSIM credentials cannot be returned like a physical product.
Activated or used eSIM
No refund is available if the eSIM has been installed, activated, used, or deleted from the device after installation.
Technical issues
A refund may be considered if the eSIM was not delivered, the issue is caused by XEXesim or our provider, and our support team cannot resolve the problem. We may ask for screenshots or device information to investigate.
Device incompatibility
Refunds are not available if your phone does not support eSIM, your phone is carrier-locked, you confirmed compatibility but cannot install eSIM, you selected the wrong destination or plan, or you entered the wrong email or WhatsApp number.
Crypto refunds
Crypto payments may be irreversible or affected by network fees and exchange-rate changes. If a crypto refund is approved, it may be based on the original EUR order value, not the exact crypto amount received. Network fees may not be refundable.
How to request a refund
Contact support@xexesim.com with your order ID, the email or WhatsApp used for the order, a short explanation of the issue, and screenshots if relevant.
