These Terms explain how XEXesim works and what you agree to when buying an eSIM from us.

About XEXesim

XEXesim sells digital eSIM products for travel connectivity. An eSIM is a digital SIM profile delivered electronically. No physical SIM card is shipped.

Digital product

After payment confirmation, your eSIM details, QR code, or activation instructions may be delivered by email, WhatsApp, or another digital method.

Customer responsibility

Before ordering, you must confirm that your device supports eSIM, your device is unlocked, you selected the correct destination and plan, and your email or WhatsApp number is correct.

Payments

XEXesim currently supports crypto payments through NOWPayments. Payments are processed by an external payment provider. XEXesim does not store private crypto wallet keys.

Delivery

Delivery starts after payment confirmation. Most eSIM orders are delivered quickly, but delivery time may depend on payment confirmation, provider availability, correct contact details, and security checks.

If you have an issue with installation or delivery, contact us as soon as possible at support@xexesim.com.

Misuse

You may not use XEXesim for fraud, illegal activity, abuse of networks or systems, unauthorized reselling, or attempts to bypass payment or security systems. We may cancel or refuse service if misuse is detected.

Limitation of liability

XEXesim is not responsible for unsupported or locked devices, incorrect customer contact details, local network coverage issues, roaming settings not enabled by the customer, payment provider delays, blockchain confirmation delays, or problems caused by deleting an installed eSIM.
